An Important Announcement Regarding the Future of XPunch

XPunch is Closing

To the XPunch Community,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that XPunch will permanently cease operations on Sunday, the 31st of May, 2026.

For several decades, we have had the privilege of helping businesses and individuals track their time and manage their productivity. We are incredibly proud of the service we built and grateful for the trust you placed in us over the years.

We are writing to you now to ensure you have sufficient time to secure your records and finalize your billing arrangements before the service goes offline.

⚠️ Urgent: You Must Export Your Punch Data

Please read this carefully: Once the website closes on 31 May, 2026, all user accounts, time logs, and reports will be permanently deleted. This data will be irrevocably unretrievable after this date. We will not be able to recover your data for you once the servers are shut down.

We strongly recommend that you export your entire punch history immediately. If you are an employee reading this, please notify your supervisor immediately. They may not be active on the platform and need to be alerted to take necessary steps.

How to save your data:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab in your dashboard.
  1. Choose “Analysis.”
  1. Select your desired date range.
  1. Save the file(s) to your local computer or cloud storage.

💳 Financial Action Required: Cancel Your Subscription

If you are a paying subscriber, you must manually cancel your recurring payments.

Please be advised that we cannot automatically stop your external payment profiles. To ensure you are not charged for service after the 31st of May, 2026, you must cancel your recurring subscription to XPunch immediately.

  1. Navigate to the Billing & Licenses tab in your dashboard.
  2. Select Licenses.
  3. Choose any active “Basic Plans” that you have.
  4. Click on the menu overflow icon (the three dots).
  5. Select “Cancel subscription” and then click “Proceed.”

Failure to do this may result in unintended future charges from the external payment manager service that has been entrusted to process payments over the past years, which may be difficult to refund once our operations have ceased. Starting today, invoices will also point to this page as part of our care of duty to inform you of this change.

We know that for many of you, XPunch has been a daily part of your workflow for years, or even decades. We want to express our deepest gratitude for your loyalty and support. Being part of your work life has been an honor.
